Quais são as vantagens de comprar peças da ODARA?

A ODARA é uma marca portuguesa que promete revolucionar o mercado. Todos os tecidos que utilizamos são feitos de fibras naturais e os materiais vão desde 100% algodão ao metal, penas de faisão, pavão e feltro. O algodão é processado em Portugal.

As peças da ODARA são sustentáveis?

Na ODARA, acreditamos que a moda não é apenas uma indústria de produção em massa, mas sim uma forma de nos expressarmos e de nos sentirmos espiritualmente bem connosco próprios, mas também com o nosso propósito na Terra. É precisamente por isso que criamos peças à mão feitas em macramê, experimentando novas formas, texturas e sensações.

Utilizamos, por isso, materiais naturais como o algodão, e também metal, tentando otimizar ao máximo o processo de fabrico sustentável das nossas peças e acessórios. Como as nossas peças são feitas maioritariamente com materiais naturais, vão decompor-se com segurança no ambiente natural sem o afetar de forma negativa.

Na ODARA esforçamo-nos para defender o respeito cultural e a responsabilidade social. Todas as nossas peças e acessórios são feitos à mão na nossa oficina em Lisboa (Portugal), levando várias horas e muita experiência a serem criados. Os nossos processos artesanais garantem menos desperdício e menos produção em massa. Num mundo tão industrializado, ODARA compromete-se a preservar a magia e as tradições das culturas Indígena, Hindu e Maia.

Can I delete items from my shopping cart?

In your shopping cart you will find all the items you have added, the products description, the chosen quantity and the unit price.

If you want to change the quantity of any item, select the number of units you want and the content of the basket will be recalculated. When you recalculate the basket, that item will be automatically deleted.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

You don’t need to create an account to place your order. When you arrive at checkout, simply select “Guest Checkout” after entering your email address. If you decide to create an account at the end of the order process, you can easily do so.

I just placed an order online and would like to change it. How can I do it?

You can change it as long as it has not yet entered logistical processing. You will not be able to make any changes, or cancel the order, once it is being processed or in the transport phase. Changing the country or the delivery address cannot be done.

Each customer has the possibility to cancel their order directly in the “track your order/return” section within 15 minutes after purchase. If you do not want to keep the pieces, we suggest that you return them as soon as you receive them. See section “3. Exchanges and Returns” for more information.

What are the indicative delivery times?

The expected delivery time is between five to ten working days, depending on the country and city of delivery. However, the official delivery period is only validated after confirmation of payment, and is also dependent on the date on which you make it.

Customized and made-to-order items may take approximately 5 working days longer than the stated delivery times. During some special events (sales period, Black Friday, Cyber ​​Monday, etc.) the processing of your order may take longer than expected, despite our continuous efforts to meet the established deadlines.

Can I follow the delivery process for my order?

Yes, you can. Once the order has been processed, an email will be sent to you in order to track the delivery. Check on the carrier’s website for the number provided and its state.

The moment your order starts shipping, you will be notified by the carrier and will receive a link where you can follow the entire delivery process.

I was not at the address indicated at the time of delivery. What can I do now?

If at the time of delivery of the order there is no one at the indicated address, a second delivery attempt will be rescheduled by the carrier. If the second delivery attempt is not successful, the carrier will send you an email with other delivery possibilities.

2. Payments

What payment methods can I use?

ODARA has the following payment methods: Visa Debit and Credit, Mastercard and Paypal.

Credit or Debit Card (VISA and MasterCard)

To make your purchases more convenient and quicker, ODARA allows you to associate a credit card to your account, thus avoiding re-entering your card data every time you place a new order.

You can use your credit card safely and under the security rules issued by VISA Internacional and Europay/Mastercard Internacional. And according to which all requests for authorization to carry out transactions using cards from those systems can only be processed if the elements provided include the security code (CVV2/CVC2) of the respective card.

Do I have to pay import taxes and fees on orders delivered outside Portugal?

All orders, when shipped, include all export taxes and fees. Afterwards, no additional costs will be added to your order.

How much does it cost to ship an order?

The standard shipping cost changes depending on the carrier and the country where you will receive your order.

3. Exchanges and Returns

How do I return an item?

If you are not completely satisfied with the item(s) you ordered, you have 14 days to return them (in all the conditions you received them and with all brand tags attached to the item) for a refund.

To return your item(s) you must:

Pack the items securely in their original packaging and include the original invoice inside as well, along with the items.

After we receive the products and confirm that they are not defective, we will refund you in the original form of payment used by you to make the purchase and a confirmation email will be sent.

Products on promotion are permanently priced and not eligible for return.

Can I exchange made-to-order items?

No, made-to-order pieces are not exchangeable as they were produced exclusively for you. You can only exchange pieces from the fixed collections and with size variables.

The product I ordered has a defect. What can I do?

If the item you received is defective, you should immediately contact ODARA’s Customer Service Department at [email protected] Keep the original packaging so that we can proceed with the return.

When is the Customer Service available?

Our Customer Service is available throughout the year, except on national holidays in Portugal.
